Returns & Exchanges

We want you to feel confident and empowered in your Ripley Rader pieces, which is why we offer a seamless return and exchange process within 14 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be generated for you to download and print at home.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your unworn garments in the original packaging if possible, ensuring all designer tags remain attached.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
